Introduction:
Believing in the necessity of change in society- and in Sudanese women life in particular- into better, a group of women activists ,gathered and hence Asmaa Society emerged, being convinced that change will not occur unless raising of awareness spread among a wide scope of women and society at large.
Establishment
Asmaa society is a non-profitable society which was established by pioneers in women movement in 2001 and was registered in HAC 2004.
Vision
To wards a free democratic society which confess gender and women rights and provide a better opportunities for women to play an active role.
Message
contribute in creating gender awareness and build women capacity to bridge gender gabs and activating their role in society and empower them to decision making and be fully integrated in society.
